We would like to introduce and propose our Koha ILS technical support and maintenance services to all library and user who is using Koha ILS. We named this new services as Lemonjar Technical Support, also known as LTS.
The services are including: –
- Maintain of OS Level of Koha ILS System inclusive update security patches which can impact Koha ILS System compatibility.
- System restores and recovery for Koha ILS system and Koha ILS System related services if system corrupted, include OS, App and DB level.
- Upgrade your Koha ILS – version, architecture, new products and etc.
