1. ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS/ MECHATRONICS TECHNICIAN

Lemonjar Software Media Sdn. Bhd. is a library solution based company. We provide full solution on library industry, including integrated library system, repository system, ebook platform, library automation equipment and other related services. We are looking for a skilled Mechatronics or Electronics Technician to join our team to assist in the assembly and maintenance of library automation equipment that uses electromagnetic or RFID technology.

Responsibilities: –

  • Assemble, install and maintain library automation equipment with electromagnetic or RFID technology.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with the equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the equipment is in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve equipment performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper use of equipment.
  • Attending on-site service request, troubleshooting for library automation equipment (electromagnetic and RFID), computer and computer related equipment.
  • Simple cabling work, installation and setup for library automation equipment.
  • Soldering works.
  • Able to work alone or a team.
  • Disciplined and punctual.
  • Need to outstation sometime for installation and maintenance and possess valid driving license.

Requirements: – 

  • Degree or diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in the assembly and maintenance of automation equipment (value -added).
  • Knowledge of electromagnetic or RFID technology.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

2. SUPPORT SOFTWARE ENGINEER/ SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Lemonjar Software Media Sdn. Bhd. is a library solution based company. We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our team and assist in the development and maintenance of our library management system, digital repository system, and ebook platform.

Responsibilities: –

  • Develop, maintain, and improve our library management system, digital repository system, and ebook platform using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, Postgresql.
  • Work with the team to design, develop and test new features and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues with the systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
  • Provide technical support and training to users.

Requirements: –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel framework, MySQL, Postgresql (optional).
  • Solid understanding of Linux-based systems and server management.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
    Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. SYSTEM SUPPORT LIBRARIAN

Lemonjar Software Media Sdn. Bhd. is a library solution based company. We provide full solution on library industry, including integrated library system, repository system, ebook platform, library automation equipment and other related services. We are seeking a System Support Librarian to join our team and assist in maintaining and improving our library system. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of cataloguing in MARC and have experience in operating Koha ILS and digital repository system such as EPrints and DSpace.

Responsibilities: –

  • Provide support for the library system, including maintaining and troubleshooting the system.
  • Assist in managing the library’s online catalog and databases.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of MARC records and metadata Dublin Core.
  • Experience in using Koha ILS, EPrints and DSpace.
    Train library staff in the use of Koha ILS and other library software.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new library system features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with other library departments to ensure seamless integration of library technology.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in library technology.

Requirements: –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or a related field.
    Strong knowledge of cataloguing in MARC.
  • Familiarity with library management systems such as Koha ILS.
  • Familiarity with digital repository systems such as EPrints and DSpace.
  • Experience with library systems administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Perl, Python, or PHP is a plus.

4. SALES EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our integrated library system Koha ILS, digital repository systems EPrints and DSpace, RFID Library Automation System, Digital eBook Platform with DRM, as well as CZUR Smart Scanner and Digitization Solutions.

Responsibilities: –

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the latest solutions and services.

Requirements: –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of library technology solutions and scanning solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of library technology and integrated library systems such as Koha ILS, digital repository systems EPrints and DSpace, RFID Library Automation System, and Digital eBook Platform with DRM.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel.
